Harry potter

I dont have or play  Harry Potter on the nintendo switch but I do have it on GameCube, gameboy and PSP.

Zo is away on a holiday for 5 days and said they won't be looking at the forum. I reckon they'll be really pleased when they get back.

I love Harry Potter! definitely one of my longest and most intense special interests! My favourite film is order of the phoenix, coz the thestrals are just so amazing, and also it is the film that my favourite character, Luna Lovegood, has her first real appearance. I love how Luna is just so unapologeteically quirky and true to herself, and really doesn't care at all what other people think, not to mention she's sooooo PRETTY OMG! (yes she is my celebrity crush, and likely always will be XD).

In terms of storyline though, i think my favourite character is probably snape, because he's just got such a unique and twisted backstory, working for the dark lord, then spying on dumbledore, then switching sides and working for dumbledore, spying on voldemort, not to mention the whole loving lily all his life since they were kids, and his patronus is the doe, the same as hers, even "after all these years", i just find that really wholesome.

In terms of favourite book however, I think either Goblet of Fire or Chamber of secrets is my favourite book, as the descriptions and imagery in these 2 books in particular are truly amazing, and the main reason i enjoyed english and writing so much in school was for the creative writing part of the lessons, where i would try to describe characters and objects and places in a similar level of detail to Rowling. 

my favourite non-human character has got to be Dobby, closely followed by Buckbeak, Peeves, Fawkes, and Fang, however i also really love all the owls, my favourite owl from the harry potter series is Probably Errol, coz i just love great greys, and the HP series really captures the graceful but also extremely clumsy nature of these beautiful creatures, as great grey owls, both in the wild and in captivity are often very graceful in flight, but less so when it comes to landing and navigating around objects, due to their expansive wingspan.

I wouldn't worry too much, Zo. There is quite a high turnover of people here, and also people take breaks.

(It is worrying me that you were up so late, when you have to get up early for your long trip!)

Anyway, I'm older, but watched the films because of my niece. I related most to Sirius Black, and he is my favorite character. Prisoner of Azkaban is my favorite of the films. I only finished the last one a few weeks ago. I've not read the books (not likely to), but I will probably watch the prequels soon, because they have appeared on Netflix.

I bought the Lego Harry Potter bundle for my Switch to play when my niece or nephews are here. I genuinely have found it a lot of fun, and I have had to use all my will power not to play it when they are not here. We are only about half way through the first story, and it includes all seven, so it will take a long long time to finish.

I know there is people who like Harry potter here. just in case by bad luck that its been mainly  those who arnt  interested in Harry Potter and the Harry Potter thread that have stumbled on it and that  those who do has missed it as previosly  does anyone have any favourate Harry Potter films? if you do which one is your favourate?  Iv said mine already in my first comment and I know people like it  so naturaly I  thought I would ask to try and help start the thread off

so what is your favourate Harry Potter films? 

both the books and the films are interesting. I got Harry potter and the philosophers stone and the chamber of secrets, Harry potter and the prisoner of Azcaban. Harry potter and the goblet of fire, Harry potter and the order of the phoenix Harry potter and the Half blood prince and Harry Potter and the deathly Hallows. I have all the films. the first and second is my favourate but I also like the other films 

I also have read some encyclopedias Harry potter behind the scenes, Harry potter History of Magic and a book about the films which one of the things i liked about it was it has the maurauders map and the letter and envelope Harry got for hogwarts and other. things from the movies in each movie.

but my favourate is the Harry potter and the philosphers stone and Harry potter and the Chamber of Secrets books and the Harry potter history of magic it even has drafts that jk rowling wrote before publishing the book aswell as that it goes into great in depth details about the characters that arnt mentioned in the books or the films.  I also have the book of the cursed child and Iv read it. it has all about what happens when Harry has kids and has about his kids at hogwarts I aldo have fantastic beasts and where to find them books from the origional Harry potter movies and the one from the fim and I also have  the film aswell so iv seen the movie
