just a quick message this morning to say when some non autistic or so called normal person has annoyed me i find playing music and singing and dancing helps a small amount does anyone else agree.
and my back is bad we could do a strange double act!
There is good science behind this. It works for anxiety too. The most useful advice that I got after my assessment when talking about my empathy stressing me out (I take on the stresses of other people too, as if I didn't have enough!) was to do star jumps. You literally can't be sad or whatever at the same time while doing them.
Unfortunately, I have bad knees, so upper body dancing is good instead!
