I am 48, late diagnosed.
I've been told I narrate my life, i.e. I look backwards and focus on the negatives. I've always been goal-oriented, which helped me gain a degree, MSc and PhD, but I am now in the existential void, unemployed after an immensely challenging few years. I am struggling to bend my mind towards the future and the positives.
Does this resonate with anyone else? Any tips?
Thanks
