The best team won (Spain). We played reasonably well throughout, but too negative. I want the next manager to be more positive, let the players go forward, attack more. Anyway, let's hope they get a decent welcome when the lads return.
I don't know how often England (the male team) have succeeded in making it as far as a Euro final, nor do I have any desire to find out.
However, whilst I have no plans to watch the match footage tonight, I do wish them well.
If they win, hopefully it will stop the England fans from complaining about Gareth Southgate's performance as the England manager, and also put an end to it being a frequent topic of debate on TV.
