I am moving home soon, I live alone and don’t have any friends or family to help me. The last move I did was over 5 years ago and I had my mum to help with everything. She did all the packing and sorting out removals.

Does anyone have any tips or advice on how to move and how I can make it less stressful for me?

    Oh my god, just reading your message is giving me palpitations. You've kind of identified where autistic people should be allowed to have special one-off support without it needing to be ongoing. I can totally imagine all the things that are stressful about this. I'm sorry that I can't do more except say that I know how you feel.
