Housing association are looking to move me into an independent flat but I will not be able to afford the bills, rent, council tax, etc. I am unemployed and on benefits. What should I do?

Claim housing benefit and council tax benefit, one pretty much goes with the other, ask for help around budgeting.

I already claim Housing Benefit which covers the rent at my current place. I don’t think they are really interested in helping me. Thank you though.
