Hello there everyone, It's nice to be joining your online community at last. I'm Gemma and it's nice to meet you. I have been an autistic individual all my life. I was diagnosed aged 6 years old. I'm interested in topics such as food science, nutrition, health topics of various medical conditions, human biology, interested in how drugs work in the body, and their associated mechanisms of action & Tim Spector's book on Food for life, as I'm currently working my way through this book, and it's very informative, life changing and transforms what we currently know about diet and food, in order to eat well.
Nice to meet you. In the similar way that Tim Spector's book is about Food For Life - your own range of topics of interest sound like all good Skills For Life too. I have found that learning about diet and food, in order to eat well, is a lifeling journey of discovery.,
