I'm not diagnosed with OCD but this subset of it, I relate to. Painfully so.
I wondered if anyone else related to it or has it.
Thank you. It's alarming how much those symptoms align with me.
The guilt, the shame, the extent to which it has taken over my life. Feeling like everyone is judging me etc.
