How do you get disability for this condition? I have Asperger's, 8 different types of synaesthesia, anxiety and depression, and yet they still expect me to be able to work! I was 'assessed' by a nurse not a neurologist or a physiatrist! How is that acceptable? How can a nurse understand complex neurological disorders? Has anyone taken this o a tribunal and won?
The win rate for tribunals is very high. They just depend on people finding it too stressful to try. Thankfully I've never had to go further than a mandatory review (or whatever the first step you can try to overturn a decision is).
