I am interested to know if anyone has tried, or used the depression gadget Flow Neuroscience?
I'm not getting any support from my Doctor, and I'm considering giving this gadget try.
What is it?
If it's the thing I'm thinking of it's a headset you wear...

"Your brain runs on electricity; Flow sends gentle electrical impulses into the area that has slowed down. This gets cells firing again and reduces your symptoms of depression."
It works for some people but not for others. I found it didn't work particularly well for me, I don't like anything touching or gripping my head though, so I think it was more that I couldn't give it enough time to see how well it worked.

To each their own but I don’t think I would like to do that myself.
No problem
