Autism support at Employment Tribunal

To the point - could I accompany my son at an Employment Tribunal ?

He has never been diagnosed as autistic, but displays many of the characteristics that my daughter does, and she was identified with high functioning autism at school.

My 31 year old son is a fully qualified electrician, who is owed approx. £13,000 in wages. This has been built up over the last 3/4 yrs. Despite all of this he enjoys working for one man, as he doesn't get bullied, unlike his previous place.

However, the situation has finally got to him and he has asked me for my advice. On his own I don't think he would stand up well at a Tribunal as he goes out of his way to avoid confrontation.
