My mental health care team are set on me being autistic even after getting a no from autism team so they aren't looking into another mental health issue or helping me further so I'm kinda stuck abd it's stressing me out.

Lost faith in them long ago. I get no help from them I got short term help then that's it and every anti depressant abd anti psychotic shoved down my throat to now be left suffering
sounds like a bureaucratic thing for your mental health team and the autism team to bicker about... if you have a team i wouldnt stress about it as most of us have nothing and no one. if i had a team id forget everything and let them handle it and sort stuff out and it becomes their problem not mine. have faith in your team, they will get to the bottom of it.
