I have recently discovered bamboo socks and they are great as so soft and help to start the day feeling more relaxed. What things help others with their sensory issues.
'You can choose clothes that fit your body size...' I wish, I'd love to know where from, I really struggle to find clothes that fit, especially trousers and tops that cover my waist.

Clothes should be loose but not too loose that they keep moving around and falling back and forth on my skin.
I wear the "comfort bra's" that are all elastic and pull on over my head, much ncer than normal ones.
I have plantar fascitis, or sore feet, so I make sure to have comfortable shoes with good soles, Moshulu are my current favourites, their made in Devon and are sized for British feet.
Cotton or linen clothes.
Loose clothes.
I discarded the torture implement called a bra years ago although decency makes me wear it in public.
