I've just be diagnosed with autism at the age of fifty four It wad suggested that I try an autism coach to help with the transition from masking to been my authentic self. Looking through the service directory there seem to be a lot on offer, I just don't know where to start as I guess like most things it can be fraught with difficulties. Any suggestions where and how to start would be most welcome.
