Mine was going in a shop for the first time in two decades and getting my first professional tattoo. What was the biggest step forward you've taken lately?
Mine has been going out. I'm disabled physically and going out is really difficult and I get a lot of anxiety about going out to public places but I took myself in my chair to the corner shop and though I felt really anxious at the time it was such a big step to take but I feel so proud I did it.
That's really good, you should be proud! Going out is damned hard!
