Hay I have had a great day today I met my friend for lunch then I walked around the shops for a bit then I attended an autism friendly board game afternoon and played this really cool Harry Potter board game where you had to try to kill voldermort before he destroys the wizards on your team. I have now ordered food waiting for it to be delivered then pj’s on and I’m going to watch Harry Potter nice quiet night in to recharge my social batteries. As a bonus my mental health has been great these last few days I’m really happy not feeling depressed or anxious.
I hope you had safe travels Desmond79. I'm from Ireland as well but visited Ayr a few years ago with my mam.
I'm sorry about your panic attack but glad you were feeling better, also sorry your friend is unwell. I hope she's feeling better and you can meet up together again soon.
What are your plans for today? I saw your Harry Potter thread (I will be responding to that later too!) and I'm watching Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them today.
Gutted my friend cancelled as she ill with the winter vomiting bug nice chill day tomorrow for me and I can watch Harry Potter all night now sleep in and make cupcakes and finish building hogwarts out of Lego instead.
Good to hear. Coming back from Ayr, by coach and ferry, was an experience and a half. But I'm glad that I went.
Thanks had a mini panic attack earlier but I’m fine now tomorrow I’m meeting my friend not seen her since Christmas it’s her birthday Sunday so we going out for lunch
