can anyone recommend a short, easy to read, clearly laid out book or website or podcast that my 20 yr old son can read/listen to, to help him understand his new diagnosis (alongside his ADHD/Anxiety) and some tips on self-help? All the books i have read seemed to be written for the carers/parents of younger children, or are too long, or too personal
