I was diagnosed with Autism/Dyspraxia and also I have got Mental Health issues as well. I used to have a care coordinator were I live in Newham but I was discharged and I know longer have a care coordinator which makes things difficult for me. I do have a mental health support worker who visits me once a week. I was wondering what activities there are for people with Autism who live in Newham
