I feel same. It is change, and uncontrolled. 2023 when to hell for me no matter what I did...and thinking of next 12 months frightens life out of me. So much can happen in 12 months it is very frightening...equally, if nothing changes I don't think I could cope.

For me it’s more to do with the fireworks 

I've never been a fan of New Year's Eve, for much the same reason as Amerantin.

I think for me it’s more because another year has passed without any improvement
