  • Id actually never heard of this before. I'd been wondering why I couldn't focus on things that no longer matter to me anymore. It's made my career choice something I'm having to figure out how because I just can't do what I used to do anymore, there's just so many more important things to focus on now

    The video makes an interesting point about the skill regression that happens when we stop masking. It can be so hard to understand why we can no longer do the things we used to do.
