Diagnosed with mild Autism where do I go from here?

               It is hard to know what support is there, what I want or need. I live in Scotland in Midlothian and have been going to the one stop shop late diagnosis group in Edinburgh. The last session is today andI now know lots about Autism. Nonetheless not sure of next steps. Advice welcome.

    The group you've been going to sounds like it's been a lot of help for you with your autism and diagnosis.

    If I were you I would stick around on this forum it's a really good place to be because it offers a lot of support and advice with some things which you really don't get anywhere else.

    It's also a place of friendship:)
