I recently became aware of the Experian Support Hub, a free service for sharing your support needs with multiple organisations in one go.

At the moment it looks like it is mainly some banks and building societies signed up to the scheme. The intention is that it will be expanded further to include energy and water companies, retailers and insurance companies.

I can see this being useful for the autistic community. So many of us find communication with these kinds of organisations difficult, particularly if it requires using the telephone.
The kinds of support which can be requested are listed here: https://supporthub.experian.co.uk/allsupportneed
Some potentially useful ones include:

experian is that credit score company right?thats why its mostly banks and other lending establishments and utilities signed up with them, because thats all credit score related.but ofcourse im not a credit score scientist so this cant be true what im saying lol
Yes that's right.
I suspect it has something to do with the new FCA consumer duty rules, which set high standards for supporting potentially vulnerable customers in financial services.

The service is free for consumers but they're probably getting the banks to pay to sign up.
ah its funny i just remembered that money savings expert website emailed me recently and said they can no longer use experian for their reports so they will be using this other one instead called transunion
