Call to halt fitness-for-work test for disabled people as court upholds ruling (article)

Sledgehammer to crack a nut scenario.  I guess we are easier to pick on because it's harder for us to defend ourselves.  Rich people have armies of lawyers to fend off unwanted attention.  Money buys a person's way out of anything.  Money buys silence.  Money goes to money.

Well lets face it, its just the repeat of previous Conservative Governments' obsessions with single parent families, or moral values etc etc.

The real benefit cheats are the ones with a job who then falsely claim benefits on top. Its not people who need to claim benefits because they cannot get a job.

And vastly more revenue is being lost through company tax evasion scams. Or on highly paid civil servants on ring fenced pensions and compensation for dismissal clauses, or "garden leave" if they have to be taken off duty, who spend all their time frivellously wasting public funds. And MP expences scams are still draining resources.

The truth is they always have to find a scapegoat to focus public attention away from all the other bad behaviour. This time its the disabled. What's new.

It also disadvantages those of us with physical disaabilities too.
