Going to Washington when my whole autism family wants goes

I have always struggled with going on trips Washington when the whole autism family huge trigger is being away from my studio apartment and my couch and going to my grandma Nancy's has been a struggle because I'm away from my studio apartment room and my couch and arm chair and my routines and going somewhere not that's not like home is hard for me as an adult with autism and adhd and when it's Christmas and thanksgiving travel it is a big trigger because I'm away from my studio apartment and my own couch bed and my own kitchen area when I'm told to leave it I get very anixous as autistic adult female
