ADHD Test?

Does anyone know of a good online test to determine likelihood of ADHD? Having done more and more research on the crossover of Autism and ADHD i'm realising a lot more of my behaviours that perhaps fit ADHD, possibly even fit them more than autism depending on the day. 

Any help would be appreciated :)

    Both often run along side eachother which doesn't help as some trates are contradicting which makes it harder to tell which 1 is more dominant. The NHS criteria for diagnosis is quite helpful then u can score yourself. I have high functioning autism but 10.5 out of 12 I scored for ADHD

    2. Continuously starting new tasks without finishing the last one
    3. Poor organisational skills, Inability to focus or prioritise
    4. Losing or misplacing things
    5. Forgetfulness
    6. Restlessness and edginess
    <7. Difficulty keeping quiet and speaking out of turn
    8. Blurting out responses and interrupting others
    9. Mood swings irritability and quick temper

    10. Inability to deal with stress
    11. Extreme impatience
    12. Taking risks in activities without regards to safety
