yo,so my employer promoted yet another junior above me at work again... but this time they gave me some sort of fake interview that i know they had no intention of picking me, due to recently one of the supervisors saying hed rather quit before he allows me to be promoted.they have promoted around 6 or 7 juniors above me in my time here, i have been here 2 years, and the guy they just promoted above me has only been here around 5 months maybe. hasnt been through a christmas and thinks its cold already despite it actually being warm. hes eastern european and so is the manager so i guess that is also a factor. possible racism ontop of the fact another supervisor also is against me and said hed rather quit than allow me a promotion.but yeah during the interview he questioned my communication skills.... i dont think he questioned the other candidates communication skills. possible discrimination against autism there too then?he didnt seem to mind the fact a previous worker he promoted is super silent and i have only heard that guy say 3 words in the space of 2 years, i communicate more than him...
It’s not really a question of whether or not it’s discrimination. It’s a question of whether or not you can prove it. If I were you I would start making meticulous notes about any incident or suspicious behaviour at work that could potentially indicate that you are being treated discriminatorily.
