Strange body sensations

Is this common for people who are autistic? Like a sensory thing? I have numb, tingling, burning sensations through my body. I’m told I have small fibre neuropathy, but I’m not convinced this is related.

Yes I think it's a common occurrence for us. I get tingling in my fingers and I also get a burning feeling on my tongue so much

Think this is also an anxiety thing as well :/

Also get migraines which is unpleasant.

I don't know how old you are, but there's a possibility that once you get past the MP they *might* diminish quite a bit. (the migraines that is - the hormonal thing can cause terrible ones)
