Strange body sensations

Is this common for people who are autistic? Like a sensory thing? I have numb, tingling, burning sensations through my body. I’m told I have small fibre neuropathy, but I’m not convinced this is related.

    Bob me and my son really struggle with this. We are hyper aware of some body sensations and get really freaked out by anything new or unusual. It’s no fun and creates a lot of anxiety for us. We’re forever asking my husband (and each other):  “do you get this? Is this normal?”.
