Strange body sensations

Is this common for people who are autistic? Like a sensory thing? I have numb, tingling, burning sensations through my body. I’m told I have small fibre neuropathy, but I’m not convinced this is related.

    I think it's common for autistic people to feel things much more strongly than NT people. I'm sure a bunch of what I feel in my body is the kind of thing an NT wouldn't even register.
