Up until today I was on an NHS waiting list to be diagnosed. I have suddenly been taken off the list due to receiving treatment (unrelated) in another county. For the past two years, to receive DSA I have used a letter explaining I am on a waiting list to be diagnosed. Can I still use the letter? I am unable to get back on the waiting list in time for September. I don't know how I am going to do the next year of university without DSA.
if you can get your GP to fill out this form (https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/disabled-students-allowance-evidence-form) Saying he's trying to get you assessed for autism even if the provision isn't there that might be enough.
