Overwhelmed

Fully stuffed brown envelope has just dropped through my letterbox.

It's the initial forms for my assessment, lots of forms.

Had quick look through and shoved it back in. There's a lot to complete.

Also one for someone who knew me as a child, obvious option is my mum; however our relationship is not on good terms at the moment.

In a tizzy now.

  • Thank you good advice

  • Thank you will loot at over weekend

  • It might help just to take out one page at a time and maybe just fill in one box or answer a couple of questions then take a break and do some more later after giving yourself a little mental or physical reward for a little bit done. When you get that first slice done, I'm sure it'll feel less huge (and it will be!)

  • Hello Sarah, take a breather, let your head settle and when you are feeling better then open the envelope and read the cover letter.

It may look daunting but the questions are just about your experiences - it is no exam so will be a breeze.

You don't need your mum to be able to complete the forms. Use your own experiences and memories and it will be fine.

Maybe take a 10 min break every few pages and get some fresh air / drink of water to stop the tension building.

You are so able to do this - believe in yourself!
