Are there family mediation services specifically for those with an autistic member?

I don't think I will ever be able to fully articulate to my parents the things I'm not happy about, especially as I'm currently going through a very very difficult time which they just don't care about.

Unfortunately these seem to cost a lot. I tried to get an advocate but the waiting list is atrocious, and they might not even be able to help me.

I'm 26. I did something really stupid a few months ago which has basically taken away my entire future, although the issues with my parents (unconnected to this particular thing) go back at least 8 years.
