Pinching and grabbing

My partner is waiting for a appointment to be seen by a psychiatrist to see is she is possibly autistic, we’ve been seeing someone at the gp in the mean time but currently can’t get in contact with the gp due to being very busy and says we have to wait weeks to even be spoken to.

it’s getting to the point now where my partner is pinching and grabbing me when she gets supper energy, we’ve tried fidget toys where she can squeeze them as hard as she wants but still try’s to grab me and not the toys.

its very frustrating now due to the fact I would love to help my partner but am struggling with the hyperness and pitching

does anyone have any idea what this could be and why this is currently happening? It’s been happening for a good while but is starting to get extremely worse

  • Do you think it could be this?
Maybe it applies to anything with a strong enough positive emotion that feels overwhelming, not just cute things, but also feelings of intense emotional attachment because sometmes I get the urge to chew my otherhalfs face- in a loving way, and have to hold myself back... although sometimes I don't hold it back and just go through the motion of chewing on him very gently instead, which he apparently finds cute - ironically!
