Ok, so this is my first post and its not what I thought my first post would be, but here goes...

My tongue feels strange. There is no other way to say it.

It has only been like this since yesterday and there is nothing wrong with my tongue, but I have same feeling I get in my toes if I put my socks on the wrong feet (almost claustrophobic). Now when that happens I can remove my socks and get another pair and all is well with the world, but I can't do that here and its driving me mad.

Any advice?

    Thanks both, I tried your suggestions and while I didn't see an immediate change, by this morning the sensation had passed. I hope that doesn't become a regular thing. Regardless, I thank you for your advice.
