How do I block someone? I'm getting harrases constantly

But now they have copied my name!

NAS91091 has changed his name to Bradley! The real Bradley posted this post but he is indeed being harassed by NAS91091 who has now changed their username to Bradley. Lets all help the real Bradley in any way we can.
