Gov emergency alerts (and high anxiety)

Just going to reiterrate and add to something I said on a previous post as a sort of PSA:

Caution isn't the same thing as fear but don't let these things concern you too much, fearmongering is how control is snatched by malevolent entities, and fear causes prolonged stress which negatively affects health, the worst may never happen and then you'll have worried yourself sick over nothing.

If these kind of things Emergency Alerts cause you undue distress, and you've survived this long without emergency elerts then you probably don't need them now, here is how to turn them off for your peace of mind if you need to.

I repeat: Fearmongering is how control is snatched by malevolent entities. Stirring paranoia in the general populace is an act of terrorism. Do not make me tap the sign.

  • I don't expect these tests will be run again any time soon. These alerts will only be used for national emergency’s. The kind of emergencies only come once in a lifetime. Coronal mass Ejections, nuclear war, use of biological chemical weapons, total meltdown of a nuclear reactor, hurricanes, full-scale land invasion or a mass aerial bombardment. They’re not going to fire off the system just because somebody’s waving a gun round your local shopping centre.
