Favourite stim :)

I love doing a stim where I hunch my shoulders, and clasp my hands then hug my hands to my face. I was recently diagnosed as an adult, and have spent a lot of my life being embarrassed by my unusual mannerisms for some reason, but I honestly feel like that is my favourite stim. What is your favourite stim?

  • I have a good few, though my very very favourite is sitting cross legged on my bed, listening to a favourite song that I sing to with eyes closed, rocking back and forth and doing a finger play, alternating with each hand. It looks like I'm playing invisible castanets.
