Are there any aspies that have created their own job?

Hi

Like many aspies out there, I have struggled with maintaining different jobs as many jobs involved a lot of heavy social interaction. I like to think that I am really creative, and enjoy writing stories and was wondering if anyone else has tried to become self employed and fulfilled their potential that way? Maybe setting up a YouTube channel or Podcast series. And if so, any tips?  I have Autism and Dysgraphia, but determined to make a success of myself and my abilities. Thanks and would appreciate any comments

  • Hi George, first of all I really admire you for having that determination to make something of your abilities

I have tried for some time to make a job for myself writing. I do freelance sports writing and fiction writing. I have had a lot of pieces published but  a lot of it is unpaid. I have had some paid pieces though and seem to be getting somewhere with it a bit more lately
