Is anyone else on here interested in buses? I took my little one to the London Transport Museum yesterday and it was so nice seeing all the old buses again. I used to love going there when I was a kid

Buses are a real special interest for me especially the old ones. Routemasters are my favourite as I grew up going on them round London, even the smell of one can take me back to the old days. I love RTs too and Bristol Lodekkas, which were the buses used in On The Buses

Just wondered if anyone else shares this interest. I love trains as well, especially steam trains and old London Underground trains

    The best journey was the 147 Express bus. It went from my area of Chicago to Downtown Chicago. It went along Lake Michigan and all the amazing skyscrapers.

    The last time I took the 147 in the early 1990s, I watched a teenager shoot his gun at the window in front of my mother and I. Luckily, the glass was bulletproof but I had a ringing in my ear. This was at about only 4:00pm, I'd never ride a bus there at night because it's even scarier.
