trying to meet people

I agree. In fact, earlier today before I saw your post, I posted a similar request (called Face-to-face) to find out how to meet people! There might be lots of people on here, but finding someone who'd like to meet in person and lives nearby is v hard indeed! Still, Autonomy (I think it was Autonomy!) gave me some ideas, so my search continues...

I find it a struggle and isolate myself to prevent the hurt of rejection. I like my own company and interests but every now and then it really upsets me that I'm not in a social group like others. 

Yes I think that what I am hoping for as don't have many people outside my family so it tough and other night I just thought I would join a forum see who out there see if I can find people that live close to me 

Yes she is certainly worth it. I lost my other two dogs who big part of my life then I went through tough period try to. Adopt a dog but keep getting declined in the end I was told that it was because I was autistic that I would smoother the dog couldn't adopt then I went to work one evening and eve was in the car waiting not look back since.
