Hi all,
I have just joined today as i was told on Monday that i have Aspergers aswell as adhd and Dyspraxia.
My anxiety is through the roof most of the time i am now 51,
I was diagnosed at primary school with adhd. However this was never followed up after my perents divorced i didnt know. My parents didnt tell me until i was 42. I started a degree amd in the 1st month i aas asked to take a dyspraxia screening then i had the full test and was diagnosed. I have lived my whole life wondering what on earth is wrong with me. Now i know.
I think i am asking if theres anyone with any advice on anything really tips to calm access to adult support and the likes.
