 Shelby, what area are you in, as support from Social Services/Schools/and other Support differs from county to county, some counties are really supportive others not so.  I found that the Schools in my area are rated from one end of the scale to the other and trying to get into a good school is like chasing rocking horse droppings.  I live in Buckinghamshire if that helps.
