Hi my son is 14 and he has no hobby, he is very childish for his age. He has great visual memory but he is not good at drawing. What future job could he do? I thought coding, but coding is more about the text than visuals. Any advice please?

He is 14. He doesn’t need to be thinking about work yet. I would wait until he’s older, and see what his interests lead him to. And when he’s old enough to work, he could try some unskilled roles so he gets a feel for being in a work place, and gain some customer service skills. Sometimes you don’t know what you want to, and need to try out all different things.
If he is a visual type, he might like graphic design, product development, interior design, architect etc…?
Artworker or designer in advertising and design industry? I have been a designer & pro. artist for 15 years, with an exceptional visual memory and aptitude for identifying patterns being my only real skills. So I focused my skills from GCSE onwards on art & design.
He also may find studies in culture interesting and that fit well? Also history perhaps? The humanities is a very reach area to explore for visual people. Biology also requires a strong visual memory.
And don't worry about 'being able to draw', it's a myth. You can learn technical drawing that uses a ruler and perspective lines. But drawing freely and creatively is much more important in helping him expand his imagination.
Most artists I know don't draw in the typical sense. Freedom and story are much more important. There are so many elite artists who 'dont know how to draw', because realism isn't really highly prized, and you can learn to sketch, anyone can
Best of luck
