A second diagnosis.

I was diagnosed with autistic spectrum disorder (level 1) last year in a video call by the Lancashire Autism Service, but that company has since closed down, unfortunately before they could send me my full report or send any information to my doctors.

I've just received a message from my doctors saying they aren't able to get the documentation from the lancashire autism service, and will be arranging a second diagnosis from a different service.

This is a pretty unique situation (though many other people were probably also dropped by LAS). I wonder how the new service will react to being asked for a diagnosis when I already have one. I do have a pdf file "short report" from LAS where they state my diagnosis. I'm hoping this is sufficient to apply for benefits? Should I present this to the new service to short-circuit the process? I dunno lol.
