personal assistant

hi all, does anyone here have a personal assistant to help them with either mental health or autism support.  ive been offered one but am unsure.  im not great with letting strangers into my home but im unable to cope going out alone.

  • I would DEFINITELY say yes - there are some aspects of my life that I really struggle with so if somebody offered me a personal assistant, I would absolutely say Yes, Please and Thank you.

    I'm sure it may be hard at times getting to know and then having a stranger around you to help - but I reckon it will be worth it.

    This is just my opinion obviously, and you must do what you think is right for yourself.
