Hey there! I’m 25, married and have a kid and recently got my autism diagnosis. Has anyone else felt frustrated by the lack of support for adults on the spectrum? There’s so much advice online that it overwhelms me, and when I call various “support lines”, they’re practically useless!

  • Yes i had a similar experience when i contacted a local autism organization and they never replied to my email. 

    I found out i'm autistic in December and to be honest this community has been invaluable to me since then. There may be more support for you out there and you haven't found it yet but don't underestimate how helpful / supportive people are here
