Hello. I'm a 46yo male who's been referred for an ASD diagnosis. I've been on fluoxetine for several years to deal with my anxiety, and I'm concerned that this combined with my masking may make a diagnosis less likely. I'm wondering whether I should reduce or come off the antidepressant for the purpose of my ASD assessment, so that a more 'real me' can be revealed.
