Has anyone noticed that when you have sensory overload you feel dizzy or nauseous?
I've had bouts of it for years but never thought to correlate the two things together? I also get migraines so I assumed it was because of this?

When I get sensory overload I get extreme fatigue, need to rest ASAP or I'll fall down, (literally!).
It might be an idea to check with your GP just to rule out something else. I was having headaches, dizziness and nausea, thought it was anxiety but it turned out to be anaemia which I was hospitalised with. Best not to take any chances, just in case.
The dizzy and sick feeling I get is, I believe, from anxiety. It can also cause a rushing sound in my ears. No migraines though. And anything can trigger it, which is becoming rather tedious. I'm sorry I don't know if it's the same cause for you.
Evening JT. If you don't get anyone who also reports dizziness and migraines from sensory overload, I would try and see the doctor maybe? There could be a comorbidity going on & best to get it checked out.
Kind regards. Number.
