Places don’t really reply or have it in their head that you have to have a diagnosis to be able to talk and not feel alone when wanting to share experiences. For me is just starting to understand it ok for me to me. For other around me who accept this and get upset if a day is challenging for me near get pulled aside and told I distressed people around me in situations. Really it an over stimulation reaction not sure what to do or do when overwhelmed.
no one prefect but get told what why I should be reaction and do in those moments when they are like a wave that doesn’t stop until it does. Learning how to slow down my mind and learning how to react and still doesn’t mean that I am not going to have bad moments where people are always around in those times.
