Argh! here we go again!!

So as some of you know I have really antisocial neighbours noise, hammering their door down etc etc. 

So I thought that tonight I might get some peace as they seem to be away. 

NOPE! 

Scottish Water are working right outside my flat and it is nearly 11 am, they are doing this all night! as they have to understandable fix a burst pipe/sewage thing going on! so far it is drilling and blooming flashing lights coming into my wee studio flat. 

Don't think I will get any sleep again! argh
